THE SON THAT GOD KNEW I NEEDED IN MY LIFE

 

To my baby boy, thank you for loving me! Through your eyes, I am so special! You are truly my precious gift, my blessing from above and a pure joy that fills my heart with love, my hearts treasure.

Ororiseng, you are truly the son that God knew I was going to need at this point in my life. I love you and I appreciate you my baby. You literally pulled me out of the pit, I’m so emotional writing this gratitude note to you because at my lowest you were there to carry me. I remember coming out of the hospital while I was going through depression when it had affected my mobility and balance. You were there to assist me stand on my two feet, held my hand each time I walk and you would even pinch me when I lost control while driving. In this moment of vulnerability, you loved me like no other and only saw perfection, I would cry thinking that you don’t deserve to go through this at your age but you became my protector.  I was angry at God for allowing you to see me at my weakest and most vulnerable. I remember one of your sisters saying to me “Mama maybe God is allowing Ororiseng to see you this broken because He is using your weakness to ensure that Ororiseng will never ever in his life treat any woman like dad treated you”.

Thank you that you would see through me and know when I need your love, thank you for the  times when you would hug me just when I need that hug the most, thank you for the times when I need a miracle and I just look into your eyes and realize that I’m already blessed with one, thank you for the many times you tell me I’m beautiful, thank you for all the many times you compliment me for my choice of outfit, thank you for the many times you make me coffee when I need it the most, thank you for the many times you pick a flower for me in the garden and tell me how special I am, thank you for the many times you write me a thank you note, thank you for the many times you protect me, thank you for the many times you make me laugh, thank you for the many times you ask me how I am, thank you for all the times you call me Mama with so much gentleness and love, thank you for the many times you have faith in me especially the times when I don’t believe in myself, thank you for the many times you’ve reassured me that it’s going to be okay just with your smile and thank you for restoring my faith in men.

 You sometimes stop to look at me and tell me that you love me. Through your eyes I am great and loveable, that warms my heart and makes it melt. You see me as if I were the most amazing and thee super mom in the whole world. Your love is so big and sincere that you don’t see my flaws, you don’t judge me and you never stop showing me how much I mean to you. Your love is the most beautiful purest form of love I have ever received, still receiving and I am so grateful for it!

 I am so grateful for every moment I see the love and admiration you have for me in your eyes. I want to keep in my memory the way you look at me now, the love I see in your eyes, and the beautiful feeling that someone loves me so deeply and unconditionally and that someone being my son. There has never been, nor will there ever be anything as special as the bond and the love we share.

 Thank you my baby for giving me the chance to be such a big and important part of your life, thank you for the chance to be part of your kind and warm heart! I want you to always know that you will always be part of my heart and my love for you grows more with each passing day!

Thank you for teaching me the true meaning of what patience and unconditional love is. Your love for me is proof that love doesn’t need perfection, it only needs an open heart! The way you look at me makes me want to work hard at bettering the person I am with each passing day, hoping that over the years I will continue making you proud and amazed by everything we discover together!

I asked for light, God gave me the sun. I asked for water, God gave me rain. I asked for happiness and unconditional love, God gave me you my son!❤️
